Executive Search is a term we use when we are working with decision makers on executive level. The process is very similar to the headhunting process, with the difference that we are even more careful in the final selection process. For a position on this level, we will normally interview a broad range of references and can introduce assignments like drafting up a business plan, market analysis or leadership role plays.
