We base our assumption on several sources, with one of them being the organization for Danish shipowners, Danish Shipping. They have recently conducted a survey, and the outcome showed that 9 out of 10 Maritime CEO´s expect to hire in Autumn 2022 – and same amount foresee difficulties in attracting the right profiles.
