Working with Search & Selection is one of the most demanding positions you can ever get!

You need to be strong in many different disciplines, like e.g. working extremely structured, write texts with zero mistakes, be skilled at both listening and speaking, understand people, understand business, have empathy but still have the ability to be professional, understand your clients requirements and understand all the aspects of your clients business.

On top of that, it is not an 8-16 job, you will work flexible and often outside regular office hours.

You will handle multiple recruitment assignments at the same time, and you will constantly feel the pressure from deadlines.
